Ray White's Urban Living Group sold almost $15 million at a ‘mega auction' in Brisbane last Friday.
Over 250 people attended the auction, which was held at the Emporium Hotel in Fortitude Valley. The auction clearance rate reached nearly 50 per cent.
Ray White Paddington and Ashgrove principal George Hadgelias said the mixture of homes and apartments for sale attracted a wide range of potential purchasers including investors and people looking to upgrade.
"Buyers battled hard to purchase this outstanding family home in a fantastic location in Hamilton," Mr Hadgelias said.
"There were five registered bidders and the property sold under the hammer to a local family."
Ray White corporate auctioneer Philip Parker, and the Principal of Ray White New Farm, Haesley Cush co-conducted the event.
