Colliers named as top commercial agency

Colliers International has been named the top Large Commercial Agency of the Year at the annual Real Estate Institute of New South Wales' (REINSW) Awards for Excellence last weekend.

Colliers International NSW managing director Malcom Tyson attributed significant geographic growth and service expansion in 2010 to the result.

He said the consistency of the business' platform and a culture of sharing knowledge and information was the key to Colliers International's success.

"All clients want consistency - whether it is across Colliers International full service lines or in being serviced from one office to the next," Mr Tyson said.

"The market is diverse. Clients do not operate in silos according to location or service so we move with them to make it as easy and seamless as possible."

Colliers also took out the top honours for the Delivery of Electronic Property Data and Corporate Support award and was represented by a further two finalists in the categories of Project Marketing and Commercial Sales and Leasing Agent.
